Please read the Intact Portal Terms of Service. You must accept the Terms to use the portal. If you do not accept the Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Portal.
When you access this Portal, property of Intact Financial Corporation (“Intact”), including all information, materials, texts, illustrations, graphics and images, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions described below.
All terms & conditions of Intact Insurance websites (Intact.ca en | Legal) also apply to your use of the Portal. In addition, the following terms and conditions also apply.
It is your responsibility to keep user-ID and password confidential, including password maintenance, to prevent unauthorized access to the Portal. You will immediately notify Intact if there is any unauthorized use of your login credentials or activity on your Portal account; this explicitly includes use of your login credentials by any person other than yourself within your brokerage OR AGENCY.
Intact has the right to monitor and review all communications created through this Portal, regardless of content, at any time. You will protect and safely handle confidential and/or proprietary information relating to Intact, its customers, its employees, brokers, agents, suppliers and other third parties to whom we owe a duty of confidentiality, in accordance with our internal policies and applicable privacy legislation. You agree not to take any action that may compromise the security of Intact systems or data.
All content found or accessed on the Portal is provided on an “as is” basis. Intact makes no representations on the accuracy of displayed, extracted, retrieved, exported, or downloaded data (“Portal Data”). In accordance with the terms of your broker agreement, you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information derived herein. Intact disclaims all liability directly or indirectly associated with your use of Portal Data.
Intact reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these terms and conditions at any time without any notice to you. Such modifications are effective immediately upon posting. You agree to be bound by such modifications through your continued use of this Portal. These terms and conditions are of general application and shall be read together with and as supplementary to any disclaimer, term, or condition posted on this Portal.
Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in legal and/or disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, termination of your broker agreement.
